EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER! Need your order as soon as possible? Of course you do. This upgrade, per shirt, guarantees that your order will ship from our shop in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Holidays not included. The purchase of this upgrade also includes a shipping upgrade from First Class, to Priority 1-3 Day Shipping. This means your order should arrive between 2-6 Business Days, depending on the mail and your location. If you are ordering more than 6 shirts, contact us through Etsy for a discount.

There is additional delivery cost and time for international shipping outside the continental United States.

Payments

Payments are accepted via PayPal and through Etsy. Sales tax will be applied to all orders being sold within Tennessee.

Shipping from United States

All products are made to order. They will ship within 5-10 business days or 7-14 business days for custom requests. Standard US shipping will be first class or priority depending on the weight of your package. You will be able to track your package within the USA. You may purchase shipping upgrades (insurance, overnight, signature confirmation, etc...) if needed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped from our location.

International shipping will ship 1st class.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We strive to satisfy our customers. You may exchange or receive a refund if you are not completely happy with our product. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

*We DO NOT offer refunds due to sizing issues, because we try to include a size chart in every listing. If you are not sure about choosing a size, please send us a message.

**We also DO NOT offer refunds on custom orders after a proof from us has been approved by the customer.

***We are not responsible for replacing a printed order once it has shipped. If a package is lost or stolen or has been marked as delivered, the customer is responsible to call their local Post Office for GPS coordinates of the package. We will however work with customers on a reasonable solution for a discounted replacement, depending on the customers attitude towards the issue and willingness to accept that we have fulfilled our end of the transaction. If you would like a signature required on your order please let us know. We will also ship via UPS or FedEx if requested. There is an additional charge for these options.
